The objective for Transforming the Healthcare Systems
On further exploration and research process we discovered that it is a highly iterative, manual, and arduous workflow and involves the following key activities:
• Extracting the data from a handwritten statement & reports with Higher Accuracy
• Scheduling, recording, and debriefing all manual task with RPA participants during the tenure of the project
• While RPA should be automatically engaged based on a predefined timetable of activities, there is a need of some real-time modification in the data to all activities
• Need to make some of the activity’s conditional, based on completion of other activities
Project Description
The client wanted to design and implemented a technology platform that can support, digitally managing the entire workflow of HealthCare Management Workflow. The healthcare industry suffers from an avalanche of manual data spread across hundreds of legacy systems, with complex business relationships governing the flow of vital information. Attributed to the fact that this is a highly manual intensive and time-consuming work, involving a lot of handwritten & manual data processing.
So, our challenge was to synthesize data and multiple vital information simultaneously, while maintaining quality parameters thresholds. with using AI Platform to help to eliminate bottlenecks.
Our Solution for Transforming the Healthcare Systems
The above paradoxes and challenges in the requirement increase the complexity of the solution. Which is leading us toward high potential development and maintenance costs. We were looking towards simplification of the overall architecture, high-level and low-level design so that all the different use cases naturally fit.
After a lot of discussion with our team, we came to a solution that contains a 3-level architecture where – the project is at the top of the hierarchy, which is directly influenced by the research & development team. and at the leaf level there comes the RPA Processor, where the Manual activities are Digitally created and completed.
And Pushed into the database. Just Below the Leaf level, There is Execution management. The execution of a project can be managed by a group of researchers & Backend Developer who are part of the project. All the researchers & Developers will be able to track the progress of the project at location level and also at the participant level, in a uniform manner.
We believe that the key to understanding, discovering, and predicting is to take a look at the whole picture. This all starts with a comprehensive data model that stores every facet of information generated by each constituency, and algorithms to make. Now at last All the Responses Obtained from the execution process is displayed and visualized with report analysis & Insights By the Frontend Developer
