The Problem 

Client working with a banking client, required a clean, insightful Power BI dashboard to visualize insurance data and uncover actionable insights such as total customers, demographics, and estimated income. The challenge was to take static Excel data and convert it into dynamic business intelligence visuals that could support internal decision-making.

Our Solution 

  • We created an interactive and informative Power BI dashboard by cleaning, modeling, and visualizing the insurance-related data from the provided Excel sheets.
  • Performed end-to-end Power BI setup—importing data, establishing relationships, calculating KPIs, and building dashboards.
  • Included metrics such as total customer count, customer demographics, and estimated income.
  • Designed an intuitive, user-friendly layout with clear filters, data slicing, and visual storytelling using best practices in data visualization.
  • Final dashboard was delivered as a .pbix file, fully functional and shareable.
